Foster the People is one of the newest and hottest up and coming bands of the year! They were founded in 2009 in Los Angeles and the band is made up of Mark Foster, Cubbie Fink and Mark Pontius. Their hits are burning up the Billboard Hot 100 list and have garnered a huge fan base through playing concerts at festivals like Coachella and South by Southwest. Their crossover hit, "Pumped Up Kicks", went viral in 2010 and became a mainstay on the pop charts throughout 2011.
